“Fearless Track Club is not affiliated with or endorsed by the School Board of Palm Beach County or West Boynton Middle School and the events/activities hosted by  Fearless Track Club on West Boynton Middle School's premises pursuant to a lease agreement shall not be construed as being conducted, funded, hosted, or sponsored by the School Board or West Boynton Middle School on behalf of  Fearless Track Club. The School Board and West Boynton Middle School undertake no responsibility for supervising or monitoring Fearless Track Club's events/activities and will not be liable for any and all actions of  Fearless Track Club on West Boynton Middle School’s premises.”
